We do a ton of drop-off and full-service setups for the businesses scattered around the downtown financial district. Whether you need a quick spread of artisan boxed lunches for a morning training seminar, or a high-end plated dinner to impress some out-of-town investors, we adapt to your space.
We Serve Weddings and Social Galas in Historic Venues
Downtown isn’t just about office buildings and boardrooms. It’s got some of the coolest, most historic event spaces in Texas. We’ve catered gorgeous loft weddings near Main Street and massive charity galas right by Discovery Green.
A lot of these older buildings have amazing architectural character, but they usually don’t have a massive commercial kitchen for us to use. That’s totally fine. We’re used to building satellite kitchens on the fly. We bring our own professional heating cabinets, prep tables, and whatever else is needed to execute a flawless multi-course meal right in the middle of an empty historic warehouse.
We also handle the bar side of things. Our TABC-certified bartenders can pour signature cocktails while our servers pass around those mini crab cakes everyone loves.
Menus That Feel Inspiring
We don’t believe in generic banquet food. If you’ve been to enough events, you know exactly what that tastes like.
Our menus are built around:

You might see options like herb-roasted chicken with seasonal vegetables, grilled salmon with citrus beurre blanc, carved tenderloin stations, elevated hors d’oeuvres, and chef-driven small plates.
We also accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary needs. Just tell us early in the planning process so we can plan properly.
Tastings are available for confirmed events. And honestly, most clients change at least one menu item after tasting. It’s part of the process.
